Hình thức thi Chứng chỉ B1 - CEFR Châu Âu: gồm 3 phần, tổng thời gian là 135 phút.
- Reading and Writing: Bài thi Đọc có 5 phần, Bài thi Viết có 3 phần, mỗi phần trên có nhiều loại câu hỏi và dạng đề thi khác nhau. Thời gian dành cho 2 kỹ năng là: 1 Giờ 30 Phút, phần đọc có 35 câu, phần viết có 7 câu. Tổng số điểm chiếm 50% của chứng chỉ B1.
- Listening: Bài thi Nghe có 4 phần, thời gian thi 30 phút, cộng với 6 phút để đánh kết quả trả lời vào Answer Sheet, cả bài thi bao gồm 25 câu nghe. Tổng sổ điểm của chiếm 25% của chứng chỉ B1.
- Speaking: Bài thi Nói có 4 phần, Bạn phải đối diện với 2 vị giám khảo, một giám khảo nói với Bạn, một giám khảo ngồi nghe Bạn nói, thời gian dành cho Bạn: 10 - 12 phút. Tổng sổ điểm của chiếm 25% của chứng chỉ B1.

2. Thí sinh đạt tổng số 50,0 điểm, điểm mỗi phần thi không dưới 30% là đạt yêu cầu.

- Các sinh viên đang theo học trình độ Thạc sĩ tại Việt Nam cần thi đạt chứng chỉ Tiếng Anh trình độ tương đương B1 theo khung tham chiếu Châu Âu (CEFR)
- Căn cứ Thông báo số 826/2011/TB-BGDĐT ngày 05 tháng 8 năm 2011 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo kết luận về các cơ sở giáo dục tham gia rà soát năng lực ngoại ngữ giáo viên Tiếng Anh theo khung tham chiếu 6 bậc Châu Âu (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2)
- Các học sinh, sinh viên muốn đạt kết quả tốt trong các chứng chỉ quốc tế như PET, TOEIC, TOEFL và IELTS
- Các đối tượng khác có nhu cầu nâng cao trình độ ngoại ngữ theo chuẩn khung tham chiếu Châu Âu (CEFR)

1.PARTY
I celebrated recently a birthday party for my beloved son in Saturday
evening last week. Its his 12th birthday, so
I really want to make him surprise. I invited his best friends and some our
relatives to the party. My husband and I
prepared everything to decorate for the living room (balloons, candle,
pictures, gifts) and cook a delicious meal for everyone (Sweet
and sour pork ribs, Stewed pork with caramel, Fried rolls, Stuffed
pancake ,
Sweet and sour salad ) At
7.pm, we finished preparation for the party and everyone was in my house.
After, my son received presents, we started
dinner and singing birthday song. We all gave him the best wishes. I
felt really happy because of seeing his mature day by day.
2. DAILY LIFE
By habit
I get up early from bed at 6 a.m. Then, I
take physical exercise to keep my body healthy and fit and if it becomes
advantageous for me, I take a walk of about one km.I get refreshed with the
morning walk or a little exercise and then prepare myself for the work. I work in library Department of BU of HCMC. I start working at 7 A.M and finish at 5 P.M. I
maintain punctuality in working. I have break at 12 P.M, I always have lunch
with my colleagues at the office. I’m back to work at 1.P.M. After 5p.m, I get back
home and cook dinner for my family. Then I spend time to watch TV or teach my
children. At 2 days of weekend, I and my family usually go out to relax : go to
the theater, go fishing, go to water park, pay a visit to our relatives…
3. A pratical skill
I'm going to talk about driving, which is a practical skill that I
use almost every day.I learnt to drive a car by taking
lessons when I was 17. My parents paid for me to have
lessons with a professional driving instructor. I learnt by practicing:
first I had to get used to steering, changing gears and using the mirrors. I
also had to learn the highway code.As a 17-year-old, I wanted to have the
experience of driving a motorbike, and I was fed up with having to walk or take
the bus or train whenever I wanted to go somewhere. I also knew that driving
would be an extremely useful skill.Being able to drive
has helped me in so many ways. The public transport where I live isn't very
good, so I travel to work by motorbijke most days. Having a motorbike makes my
life much easier when it comes to things like shopping or visiting family and
friends.

IMPORTANT DECISION
Finding a career might be one of the most
important decisions I will have to make in life. I mean, this decision will
affect the rest of my life as well as the lives of my future family, so it is
really something I should analyze before taking the decision of what I am going
to do. I was
a student graduated from Hue
college. So I always wanted to go
to higher education and find a better job. I wanted to move to HCM city to do what I wanted for my
future. But I had to think so much about that. It was real
hard to make a major decision because this will change my life and the other
around me. After receiving advices from my family
as well as my teachers and my best friends, I
finally decided to move from QT to live in HCM city.. Now,
I’ve lived in HCM city for 8 years. I have a good job and happy family. I’m going to study continuously master in my major. Life
is a journey, and as I walk on the journey of life I will make a number of
decisions. But I always know that the decision I made 8
years ago is right. Now I’m very satisfied
with my life.
5 EMAIL
I write a lot of
emails as part of my job. I probably write between 3
and 6 work emails every day. I like others in my
country mainly use email to support our work and sometimes send emails to
friends or family. Nowadays, more and more people use email as a useful
supporting mean bcoz its fast, safe and convenient.
But email still has several disadvantages such as : it
depends too much on devices and systems, so some problems happen : cutting of
electronicity/ internet, computers are out of work… we cant send our emails.
email is more convenient for me cuz I type faster than I write, but I still
like making notes or writing ideas down by hand in some cases (If it is for
Christmas cards or love letters, I tend to write them by hand)
I dont
think computers might one day replace letter writing. Coz it’s an important skill, and schools
will continue to teach children to write by hand before they learn to type.
6. FRIENDS:
I have many
friends from school and university which are the same age with me. I've got
some friends who are older or younger that I met through work . Some of them become my close friends. I usually meet up with some
friends during a week because we work in the same office. At weekends I prefer
to visit to other friends who are busy during the week. We usually cook dinner or go out together

My close
friends have a great place in my life because they always help me whenever I
need. Two of them are closer to me whom I share common interests and my
feelings with. I know I can also rely on them whenever I need help or support.
Friendship is as important as family so I always try to make them equal. I tend
to meet up with my friends at weekends because everyone's too busy during the
week.
7. COMPUTERS:
I use computer everyday
as a part of my job and my favorite. At the moment, Most people in Vietnam use
computer for working, communicating, entertaining… I begin learning to use
computer when I was in 6th . My father bought a new computer for me.
I spent lot of time to learn how to use it. I would like to type faster, so I
practice very hard. At present, I can type 50 words per minute but I would like
to improve it to 100 minutes per minute. The computer made my life better and
easier. I can easily search every information on the internet, can keep in
touch with my friends and my family, It also help me working more effectively.
But sometimes, I waste hours chatting with my friends on the computer. And I
realize that people are more antisocial. Nowadays people prefer to chat over
the internet instead of talking in real life.
8. Going out in the evening
I seldom
go out in the evening bcoz I don’t have many time. After working, I go home and do house work (
cook dinner, wash cloths n dishes, teach my babies…) I usually spend all evening with my family (husband,
children : 1 son, 1 daugjhter). We eat dinner, wach TV together. Sometimes, my friends call me to hang out together.
When finishing all of housework, I drive my motorbike to go out w them. We
usually go to coffee shop and chat w each other. I tell them how my work and my
family are going on. I also hear their different stories of life. We share common interests and feelings together. I
know I can also rely on them whenever I need help or support. Its really relax and happy to see my friends
sometimes
9 SHOP
When speaking of
the topic,I want to say something about place that comes first in my eyes.
There is a small shop close to where I live,it's only 30 meters away from my
university.It's located in Linh trung st.I like
shopping, though not as crazy as many of my colleagues,I go there more
frequently than other places,about twice a month,cause
I'm very busy with my work,so I haven't much time for hanging out. this place has a focus on office fashion and trend.So
it is very popular among officers. And you can buy most of the fashionable
things there. For me, I sometimes bought clothes,rings necklace, and cute
chains to hang on mobile phones there..Where you can do a range of things,from
soap to perfumes.I like this shop bcoz it has many
ranges of product for my choice and its near my house so that’s very convenient
.Gerneraly speaking,it's a very good selection shopping.

13. GIFT
I would
like to talk about a mobile phone my husband purchased it for me as a gift on
my 38th birthday which about
2 months ago. It is a samsung smartphone with lots of capabilities
including 3 MP Camera. I was very surprised to see what was inside the wrapping bcoz
I had actually thought he was going to give me a new dress or T-shirt ..
I use the phone every day to keep in
touch with my friends either by calling them or using the sms functionality to
send them text messages or even video messages.
In my spare time, I like to hear music so I use my phone to listen to music. Sometimes I also can check my emails and fb online. This is an extremely useful feature. It even has a calendar that reminds me about appointments. So I don’t have to miss any !

becoming an essential part of my life. It actually holds all my contacts, my
photos, my music collection, my recorded videos. IT is really so special and
useful gift that my husband ever give to me
14 BUYING UNSASTIFIED THING
Ok, well I’d
actually like to begin by saying that there aren’t really that many things I’ve
bought which I’ve been dissatisfied with, so it was kind of difficult trying to
come up with something to talk about. But then I remembered the cell phone I
once bought which I wasn’t happy with at all, so that’s what I’m going to talk
about.And as for when I bought it, well if I remember correctly, it must have
been about 2 or 3 months ago, My old cell phone was out of work so I had to buy
a new one. I came to Nguyen Kim supermarket and chose for myself a Samsung
galaxy. After using for 2 weeks, I recognized that besides nice design, its
quality is not good. The phone was out of battery very quickly. And the quality
of its sound is also not good.Anyway, regarding why I bought it, well basically
it was because I use moisturizing cream every day, as my skin tends to go quite
dry after washing it, which I guess is normal for most people. So when I saw
that I was about to run out of it at home, I went to go and get some more.
However, what happened was I couldn’t find the brand that I normally use, so I
decided to experiment and try out a new brand.And compared with the brand I had
been using before, the quality turned out to be a lot worse.So considering the
money I had spent, I was expecting a lot better. And because I knew there was
no way I would be able to get a refund, I ended up just continuting using it.It
was a lot of a waste of money, but at least I’ve learnt that if something’s
expensive, it by no means guarantees that the quality will be good!
